Pool Opening May 3rd

As the Managing Agent for the Northlake Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., we would like to announce the pool opening date is set for Friday, May 3rd, 2024.
General Pool Rules:
• Children (under 16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult (18 and up) at all times.
• Do not share keycards
• Homeowners are allowed up to 4 guests who MUST be accompanied by the homeowner.
• Glass bottles, Alcoholic beverages, and drugs are PROHIBITED in the pool area.
• Smoking and Vaping are prohibited.
• Babies/Toddlers must wear swim diapers in the pool area
If you would like to order a new keycard, visit North Lake Estates HOA - Pool Access and submit your request. Please note that ordering a replacement or additional keycards incurs a fee of $25 each. For more information, review the full pool rules posted on the website
