Committee Reformation

We hope you’re enjoying the summer season here in the community!

After thoughtful consideration, the Board has decided to refresh all HOA committee rosters due to a current lack of activity. Starting July 16, 2025, all existing committee memberships will be reset. This allows us to rebuild with a team of actively engaged volunteers ready to support community initiatives and goals.

What’s Next?

• Committee Restructuring
o All current committee rosters will be cleared as of July 16, 2025.
• Call for Volunteers
o If you’re interested in helping shape the future of North Lake Estates, we encourage you to complete the Volunteer Interest Form. Whether you’re bringing fresh ideas or hoping to continue your previous involvement, we’d love to hear from you.
• Submission Deadline
o Please submit your completed form by 11:59 PM on August 4, 2025.
