Pool Opening

We’re pleased to announce that the North Lake Estates community pool will officially open today, Friday May 16th . With summer just around the corner, we hope everyone enjoys this amenity while helping to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.

POOL ACCESS

• The pool is accessed via key card-if you have lost or require a new one, please complete the pool key request form North Lake Estates HOA - Pool Access
• Unauthorized use may result in the suspension of pool privileges.

KEY RULES & REMINDERS (Full rules are posted at the pool)

• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
• No glass containers, alcohol, smoking, vaping, or loud music is permitted.
• Proper swim attire is required.
• Maximum of 4 guests per household, and guests must be accompanied by a resident.
• No running, diving, horseplay, bikes, scooters, or skates inside the pool area.
• Pool furniture must not be moved or removed.
• Please help keep the pool clean and dispose of all trash properly.
